This role includes working on diverse projects in commercial/industrial environments.The Osborne Company is a Topeka, KS-based general contracting firm operating in more than 30 states. Our team serves clients in three primary sectors: design-build commercial/industrial construction, facilities maintenance, and EV charging infrastructure installation. • Have proven carpentry skills in framing, drywall, and finishing

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Execute skilled carpentry tasks in commercial/industrial construction 
• Read plans/specs to determine dimensions, materials, and installation methods 
• Perform framing, drywall, finishing, cabinetry, door/window installs, and fixture work Build and install formwork for concrete pours 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently 
• Collaborate with crews to ensure timely, quality project completion 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: 

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience 
• Proficiency in framing, drywall, finishing, and concrete formwork 
• Ability to read blueprints and verify layouts 
• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation 
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical capacity profile Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification, forklift/scissor lift experience, own small tool set 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 

• $28 - $38/hour depending on experience
