WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Perform general concrete tasks: setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, and finishing 
• Assist carpenters and foremen with layout, prep, and clean-up 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently 
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized jobsite 
• Travel with crews up to 50% of the time to regional sites 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: 

• 1-2 years of construction or concrete experience preferred (willing to train motivated individuals)
• Strong work ethic and reliability 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions 
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical capacity profile

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: -

• $20-$28/hour depending on experience
