Osborne Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across the country. This is a full-time, fully remote role that supports field operations from behind the scenes. As a Project Manager at Osborne Construction, you will coordinate and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will work closely with traveling superintendents and subcontractors across the country, keeping projects on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. This position is full-time and fully remote, and candidates must be available to work standard business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion
  • Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Create, update, and track project schedules and budgets
  • Resolve project issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other digital tools for remote coordination
  • Must be available to work 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, regardless of location
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S
  • Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR required
