IMPORTANT: This role requires direct experience managing construction projects. Commercial experience is preferred, and we also welcome PMs from civil, utility, telecom, and production or multi-family residential construction. This role requires managing multiple fast-moving projects at once, frequent coordination with field teams, and the ability to pivot quickly as project conditions change. Projects are often short-duration and may run concurrently across multiple states. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout</li><li>Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance</li><li>Coordinate daily with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and vendors</li><li>Buy out and manage subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation</li><li>Work with our permitting team on permits and utility coordination across many jurisdictions</li><li>Track job costs, manage monthly billing, and maintain profitability</li><li>Collaborate with estimating and procurement on project setup and execution</li><li>Identify and resolve issues early to prevent project delays</li><li>Ensure quality, safety, and client expectations are consistently met</li></ul><h3>WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:</h3><ul><li>3+ years of project management experience in construction (commercial preferred).
